About Me

Professional psychotherapist specializing in humanistic and integrative therapy services in Dublin, Ireland

Before training in psychotherapy, I worked in IT consultancy and ran my own business. That chapter taught me about systems and structure — but more importantly, it highlighted the limits of trying to approach human beings as problems to be solved.

Over time, I came to see that we're not machines to be fixed, but complex, feeling, meaning-making beings. That understanding drew me toward therapy — a space not for fixing, but for being with what we carry quietly: our wounds, our longings, and the parts of ourselves we've learned to keep hidden, often for good reason.

My own life experiences, and a deep search for meaning, have brought me to this work not just as a profession, but as a calling. I bring a grounded, non-judgemental presence to my Dublin psychotherapy practice, holding space for whatever you bring, just as you are.

My Approach

Every individual has the innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery

In my Dublin psychotherapy practice, I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Drawing from a humanistic and integrative approach, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you are free to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

I work primarily from a person-centred framework, which means I listen deeply, without directing or steering the conversation, trusting that you are the expert of your own experience. Together, we can gently explore the areas of your life that feel difficult, honouring your autonomy while I offer empathy and support to help you gain insight and clarity.

Where helpful, I may integrate other approaches to support you in your unique journey, always attuned to what feels right for you. My approach is influenced by a deep interest in attachment, trauma, and early developmental experiences.
