Lawful Basis

Personal data is processed with your consent and to fulfil the therapy contract. Sensitive health information shared in sessions is handled under Article 9(2)(h) GDPR for the provision of health services.

Confidentiality

What you share in therapy is confidential. Information will only be disclosed if required by law, if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or if child protection obligations arise.

All supervision is conducted in an anonymised manner and your identity is not disclosed.

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing and to withdraw consent. Requests can be made by contacting me using the details above.
