About Me

A psychotherapist with a humanistic and integrative approach, based in Dublin, Ireland

Before training in psychotherapy, I worked in IT consultancy and ran my own business. That chapter taught me about systems and structure — but more importantly, it highlighted the limits of trying to approach human beings as problems to be solved.

Over time, I came to see that we're not machines to be fixed, but complex, feeling, meaning-making beings. That understanding drew me toward therapy — a space not for fixing, but for being with what we carry quietly: our wounds, our longings, and the parts of ourselves we've learned to keep hidden, often for good reason.

My own life experiences, and a deep search for meaning, have brought me to this work not just as a profession, but as a calling. I bring a grounded, non-judgemental presence to my practice, holding space for whatever you bring, just as you are.
